1. Who and what

Filed is a Chrome extension by Or Mizrahi that saves web pages to your own Google Drive.

2. Acceptance

By installing or using Filed you accept these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use Filed.

3. Price

Filed is free to use. Paid features (for example a Pro tier) may be added later. Anything paid will be clearly marked with its price before you're charged, and these terms will be updated before it launches.

4. Your Google account

Filed needs you to sign in with Google and grant the drive.file permission. You can revoke it at any time in your Google Account. Google's own terms govern Google's services.

5. Your content

You own what you save, and you are responsible for having the right to save it. Filed claims no rights to your content.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Filed to break the law, infringe anyone's rights or abuse Google's services.

7. No warranty

Filed is provided "as is". Saves can fail. Keep your own copies of anything important.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Or Mizrahi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Filed.

9. Changes and ending

Filed may change or stop at any time. You can stop using it by uninstalling it. When these terms change, the effective date above changes.

10. Privacy

How Filed handles your data is described in the privacy policy.

11. Trademarks

Filed is not made by or affiliated with Google. Google Drive and Google Chrome are trademarks of Google LLC.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or Filed.
